15 weeks

 Asher has hit some new milestones recently and I just had to show you all.  He has started grabbing things lately meaning his hand/eye coordination is developing nicely.  Emery has enjoyed this because she always brings him a plethora of toys to play with and now he can actually hold them.  The kid is never empty handed.  This also means I have a constant ponytail.

   

 He has also started laughing.  It is just a chuckle right now but it still melts my heart.

 Ash has pretty much mastered holding his head up so we have been practicing sitting up in the Bumbo.

  In those rare moments when he doesn't have a toy (Em must have been at school)... he tries to shove his whole fist in his mouth.

Here's the funny thing about this post.  I looked back to when Emery was about this age to see if I had taken pictures of her at 15 weeks and I was surprised to see that I blogged about it.  Especially since it is kind of a random week to pick.  Then I discovered that the post is very similar.  She is in the same bouncer doing pretty much the same thing, there are pics of her sitting in the Bumbo, and I talk about taking her upcoming first plane ride which is weird because Ash will be flying for the first time in a couple weeks as well!  Strange how close they are in development!  It will be interesting to see if it stays that way.
