Asher is 11 months old! His first birthday is in 1 month! This is going by way too fast. Speaking of fast, this little guy can make his way around our house in no time. I'm pleased to announce that he took his first steps last Sunday. However, it was only a couple of steps and since he only does it every once in a while, I haven't caught it on video yet. It seems to be easier for him to keep up with big sis if he crawls first and then makes his way around using toys, walls, furniture, you name it.
Asher loves to hit the weights with Daddy.
The funny thing is, they seem to be the perfect height for him to practice pushing up to standing.
And those aren't his only new talents. Asher's vocabulary surprises me everyday. He already says about 5 words regularly. Mama, Dada, Ball, Cat, and dog. There are a couple more that I think he may be saying but then I tell myself , "no way, it is too early for him to be saying that". Here he is talking about his current fav, the dog.
The big guy also has two new teeth. They broke through about 2 days after this picture was taken.
It was a long day and growing teeth makes this boy very tired.
I can not believe I will be sending out a 1 year old birthday update in just one month. I'm trying to slow down and take it all in but life just seems to be racing by.

So sweet!! I love every new post you add to this blog! I was just telling mom today that I can't believe Asher is about to be a year old! Time flies. He's the cutest baby!
