We are having a problem with nighttime diaper leakage. We had this issue when Asher was a newborn because I didn't know that you had to point "it" down. So now that I know that trick, the new problem is that he will pee so much when he sleeps, the diaper doesn't hold all of the liquid. The result?...Wet clothes, wet sheets and I am forced to change all of the bedding every single day.(sometimes twice!)
Now Asher is an awesome sleeper. We put him to bed at 8pm and he usually wakes up sometime between 7:30 and 8 each morning without waking up at all at night. He also takes two 2hr naps during the day. The boy likes his sleep. We make sure to lay him down with a dry diaper and have recently switched from size 2 to size 3(which fit better anyway) to see if a larger diaper would help. It didn't. Nighttime diapers start at size 4 so I thought that they may leak anyway from being too big. Should I try them? I am about to slap on two diapers at this point.
Does this happen to all boys? We never went through this with Emery. Any suggestions would help greatly!

Asher is so cute!! We had/have the same problem with Parker. It's like no brand would ever hold ALL of that boys pee! Sometimes if he sleeps late it will still soak through and he's in 5's. We did the night time diapers and they seemed to help a little. We also cut back on his liquid intake closer to bedtime but Asher is not at the age where you can probably do that. Good luck with it and let me know if you figure out the secret! :)
We are still battling this unknown phenomenon. For some reason it seems to be getting better, but at one point we were changing sheets daily. We tried the nighttime diapers and going up a size, but neither option made much difference. I'm sorry I'm no help, but at least you know I feel your pain! Good luck!
