We had Emery's 15 month check up this afternoon. It seemed like we were just there for the 12 month. She is still in perfect health...thank goodness. We were worried since she had a rough 4 days of diarrhea ending on tuesday. Turns out, teething can cause diarrhea. I never knew that. *Mental note for all you new/future mothers. Well, Em has a whole slew of teeth coming in right now. Since she is a late bloomer, as far as teeth go, they all pretty much decided to come in at once. She has had the bottom two for a few months. The top front two poked though last weekend and the two on either side of those are not far behind. We also learned today that the bottom molars are pretty close as well. The poor girl! She is handling this really well though. Thank goodness for blankies and passies...and Moose A. Moose.

Emery has accomplished a lot since her 1st birthday. She is now tall enough to get toys out of the toy box by herself...the ones on top anyway.

She can use the step stool Mommy painted to wash her hands. (With some assistance of course)

She is getting a little better at feeding herself with utensils...strong emphasis on the word little. Maybe I should just say less food winds up on the floor.
